An Overview Of Our Services :

Feng Shui Elements offers you comprehensive and professional services that are individually tailored to meet your needs and achieve your desired goals. 

The following will be needed prior to the consultation:

  • A detailed floor plan drawn to scale making sure all doors and windows appear on it.  You may be able to obtain a copy at your local Town Hall.  I prefer 8 1/2" x 11" paper if you plan to have one drawn. 
  • Birth dates of the people residing in your home, or officers of your business, including year of birth and whether they are male or female (sometimes I can't determine gender by just a name).
  • The year of construction of your home or office building.  Please also provide any renovations (new carpet, new decorating, room added on, painting, etc... all considered renovations). 

Service 1: Traditional Feng Shui Consultation for Home. $230.

Please Note: Price is based on a 2500 square foot or less home or apartment. Additional charges may apply for larger dwellings.

  • 2 hour home visit where we will walk both the interior and exterior of your home determining facing direction and sectors where different types of energies reside. We will evaluate and implement the best possible cures to create harmony and balance in the areas of your life you desire most.
  • Clutter clearing and organizational advice for every room, if needed.
  • Space clearing ceremony using bells and organic herbal spray.
  • Written report of main points discussed, along with a bagua layout of your home, flying star analysis and a paragraph about your birth animal specifically for that year.

Service 2: Traditional Feng Shui Consultation for
Business. $260.

Please Note: price is based on a 2,500 square foot business or office space. Additional charges may apply.

  • 2 hour business visit where we will walk both the interior and exterior of your building determining facing direction and sectors where different types of energies reside. We will evaluate and implement enhancements to help your business transform its spaces to resonate with success, prosperity, smooth coworker relationships and increased productivity.
  • Clutter clearing and organizational advice for every area, if needed.
  • Space clearing ceremony using bells and organic herbal spray. This is best implemented after business hours.
  • Written report of main points discussed, along with a bagua layout, flying star analysis and a paragraph of each of your main employees’ birth animal specifically for that year.

Service 4: Feng Shui Home Staging Consultation

  • Home Staging Guidance - It could be very difficult to see the potential in your home when you have lived in it a certain way for many years. I will give you advice on how to stage your home for sale, using standard Feng Shui principles as a guide. Walk-through and basic written report. Fee: $100
  • Home Staging Guidance with De-cluttering and Organizational help – Includes the above, plus time spent and organizing materials doing the work myself. Price varies, please inquire.

Service 6: A La Carte Space Clearing Ceremony

  • Remove unwanted negative energies and promote positive energy without the smoke products originally used in space clearing. I find the sprays of organic essential oils I use bring uplifting, immediate results without the fire hazard. Depending on the size of your space, the whole process will take about 30 minutes. Fee: $95, based on a 2,500 sq. ft. (or less) space.

Service 7: Floor Plan Drawing

  • If you are unable to obtain a floor plan of your home or business, I will draw one up for you. Please note that this will be a basic drawing to scale for my own use, not a blueprint. It is necessary to have one for accurate results. Please contact me for larger buildings. Fee: $95, based on a 2,500 sq. ft. (or less) space.

Service 8: Feng Shui 101 Classes

  • Individual or group lessons in a classroom setting. $50 per person,
    and should you choose to have a Traditional Feng Shui Consultation, you will receive a 20% discount. Available by appointment only. 

Gift Certificates!

  • Gift Certificates are available in any amount. The gift of Feng Shui is a unique and generous idea for anyone, and unlike some store gift cards, these gift certificates do not depreciate over time.
